You can click on the "check availability" button or you can fill out our RESERVATION FORM and a staff person will contact you via e-mail or by phone (be sure to include phone number) to discuss your reservation. Please feel free to call us direct.
We require a credit card to hold a room. Our standard procedure is not to charge the credit card until you arrive and then we require full payment as you check in. Booking online, long stays, special events, or multiple room bookings may require a deposit.
Cancellation policy: $20 fee if notice is given before 7 days of the first night of a reservation; 7 days or less notice will be charged for one night. There will be no refunds for shortened stays. Special events may be non-refundable. Please check your confirmation letter. We reserve the right to require a minimum stay. We will take one night reservations but due to scheduling constraints we can't guarantee a specific suite. Every effort will be made to keep you in the suite of your choice.
We accept for payment: Visa, M/C, Discover, American Express, Cash(USD) or Traveler's Checks. Company checks need to be sent in time to clear our bank 14 days before arriving.
Check in is 3:00 PM ----- Checkout is 11:00 AM You are welcome to come by anytime to drop off your luggage, and if your room is ready we will be glad to check you in.
